About the event
Yetii are an acoustic piano trio from Bristol and Wales who play original compositions combining flowing melodies with expansive group improvisations, interlocking grooves and evolving soundscapes. The trio play a monthly residency at the Greenbank in Easton, and have really created their own scene and built a considerable following over the other side of town. They released their debut album Live at The Greenbank in November 2022 to widespread critical acclaim and are planning their second release for Spring 2024. They have collaborated with artists including Iain Ballamy [at Bristol Jazz Festival], Jake McMurchie (Get the Blessing) and Alun Elliot-Williams (Ishmael Ensemble). For fans of EST, The Bad Plus, and Fergus McCreadie.
